Bojan VruÄina

Bojan Vručina ( born November 8, 1984 in Varaždin ) is a Croatian football player.

The striker played until the year 2002 for the Varteks Varaždin, first as a cadet and junior. He was not used in the first team, but often had to take on the reserve bench. He was then awarded to the then playing in the 3rd Croatian football league football club " Podravina " from Ludbreg. With twenty gates he was the best scorer of the 3rd Croatian football league. Based on these results, he returned to " Varteks ", but was little used again, and then moved to Podravina Ludbreg. In January 2004 he moved to NK Slaven Koprivnica Belupo, for whom he played until the winter of 2007. In this club, he was one of the best strikers in the first Croatian league. The club played in the season 2006/2007 in the Croatian Cup final. In 2008, he achieved his greatest success with football Slaven Belupo the UEFA Cup. " Slaven Belupo " succeeded at last to qualify for the first round of the UEFA Cup.

During the winter break of the season 2007/ 08 he was then borrowed from MSV Duisburg. His Bundesliga debut he celebrated on February 2, 2008 he appeared as a substitute in the 87th minute in the match against Borussia Dortmund. After he did in his first seven league games was not convincing and not score he came only once for use and returned to the descent of the MSV back to Croatia to Koprivnica back.

Bojan Vrucina was also used in the Croatian national football team "U -21". Against Slovakia, he completed his debut for the national team and it scored a goal. In the senior national team, he had no play opportunity, but was on the list of fifty candidates for the World Cup in South Africa 2010.
