Bolgios

Belgius (also Βόλγιος, Bolgios ) was a Celtic tribal leaders in the 3rd century BC

He was the leader of a band of Celtic warriors, BC during a hike train the Celtic tribes invaded in the year 280 to the Balkans in the kingdom of Macedonia. The Macedonian king Ptolemy Keraunos, the entgegenzog them, rejected an offer of Belgius to deduct for ransom. In the ensuing battle Belgius brought Ptolemy in a crushing defeat and then led his army through Macedonia looting, forced him to an action of the Sosthenes of Macedon to withdraw. His later life is unknown.
