Bolzaneto

Bolzaneto ( In Ligurian: Borsanæo o Bösanæo [' bo: sa: neo ] ) is a neighborhood of the northern Italian port city of Genoa. , Which falls in the Val Polcevera district is bounded on the north by the district Pontedecimo and in the south of the district Rivarolo. Neighboring municipalities are autonomous in the north Ceranesi, in the northwest of Serra Riccò and the North East Sant'Olcese.

The municipality is bordered on the west along a ridge, to the district Sestri Ponente. However, there are no direct lines of communication between the two districts. Together with Rivarolo and Pontedecimo forms Bolzaneto the Munizip V Valpolcevera. The neighborhood itself is composed of the units Bolzaneto and Morego and together, has 15,334 inhabitants.
