Bonsai Kitten

Bonsai Kitten ( bonsaikitten.com ) was formed in 2000 site that claimed so-called bonsai cats for sale. The operator of the site pretended kitten to lock several months in small glass containers, which the animals annähmen the shape of the container.

The FBI investigated the case on suspicion of animal cruelty, but found no evidence that in fact animals were harmed. Rather, it is a joke by students from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Although the site has already been unmasked shortly after takeoff as a hoax, still circulate many e- mails from animal rights activists, in which they protest against the side.
