Boom is the 22 single of American rapper Snoop Dogg, in collaboration with T -Pain. It was published on 8 March 2011 and is the first single from his eleventh studio album Doggumentary.

Background

The song was produced by Scott Storch. T -Pain was considered as a feature into account and eventually took over the chorus. The song contains samples of the song situation of the band Yazoo. To the piece a music video was released.

Charts placement

Boom was not particularly successful. In the UK, it came in at number 57 and in the U.S. at number 76 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland it remained unplaced.
