Bootimage
A boot image is a memory image of a bootable disk such as a floppy disk, CD -ROM, DVD or hard drive ( rare flash media such as USB stick or via adapter tailed Compact Flash or similar).
It is offered for example the Internet for download and can be played back on the target system back to a comparable volume.
