Borg Warner (formerly Borg - Warner Corporation) is an American automotive supplier, which is for its manual gearbox and automatic transmission components (especially electro- hydraulic controls, transmission controls, clutch facings and one-way clutches ), turbochargers, valve control and four-wheel drive systems are known. The company has manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and supplies all three U.S. automobile manufacturers and a number of European and Asian customers with drive components. BorgWarner is also active in several other fields of automotive technology, founded on the territory of the immobilizer for example, by the 1976 ACS Corporation.
