Boris Kodjoe

Boris Kodjoe ( born March 8, 1973 in Vienna ) is a German actor who grew up in the town of Gundelfingen near Freiburg im Breisgau. First, he wanted to be a professional tennis player and was a very successful junior players. However, a serious back injury ended his tennis career.

Shortly thereafter Kodjoe began his career as a fashion model and became one of the world's highest-paid male models. He became known in the U.S. for his role in the television series Soul Food. In 2002, he belonged to the list of " 50 Most Beautiful People in the World" by the U.S. magazine People.

Boris Kodjoe, who speaks fluent German, English, Spanish and French, married his colleague Nicole Ari Parker on May 21, 2005 in Germany and shortly thereafter became the first father. The family lives in the USA.
