Boris Mirkin-Getzevich

Boris Mirkin - Getzewitsch (Russian Борис Сергеевич Миркин - Гецевич, French Mirkine Guetzewitch; * January 1, 1892 in Kiev, † April 1, 1955 in Paris; pseudonym Boris Mirsky ) was a Russian- French legal scholars and headed at times, the Paris Institute of Comparative Law.

Life

Mirkin - Getzewitsch studied in St. Petersburg with a focus on constitutional law. Because of the Russian Revolution, he went to Paris, where he temporarily headed the Institute of Comparative Law.

His daughter married vitia Stéphane Hessel.
