Boston Pizza is a Canadian franchise chain, which operates restaurants in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Are offered pizza, pasta, burgers and ribs. The Greek immigrant Gus Agioritis chose the name when the company was founded in 1964 because he believed that the sports teams from the U.S. city of Boston are very popular in Canada, otherwise the company has nothing to do with the city.
