Bottoms Up ( In German Ex) is the third solo album by American rapper Obie Trice. It was released on April 3, 2012 on the label Black Market Entertainment.
Production
The beats on the album were created from nine different producers. Dr. Dre produced the songs Bottoms Up (Intro ) Dear Lord and Hell Yeah, Obie Trice during discoverer Eminem created the instrumental of Going Nowhere. NoSpeakerz produced the songs Spill My Drink, Spend the Day, Petty and LeBron On, while Secrets and Ups & Downs produced by K & Square. The production comes from Coree Benton (I Pretend ), Statik Selektah (Richard), Phonix Beats (BME -up), Lucas Rezza ( Battle Cry ), Geno Xo ( My Time ) and Witt & Pep ( Crazy ).
Cover design
The album cover is black and white. It shows a photo of Obie Trice in infancy. In the lower right corner are the logos and Obie Trice Bottoms Up.
Guest Posts
In only four songs are guest contributions from other artists. So in Obie Trice phenomenon occurs former label boss Eminem song at Richard, while the singer Adrian Rezza is represented in Battle Cry. Drey Skonie makes an appearance in Spend the Day and already died in 2008, MC Breed raps a verse on the track Crazy.

Chart success and Singles
Bottoms Up was unable to match the commercial success of the first two albums by the rapper. The recordings went for a week at number 130 in the U.S. charts and was not able to place in Germany in the charts.
Before release of the album the songs Battle Cry and Spend the Day were released as singles available for download. Both, however, were not able to place in the charts themselves.
