Bougatsa

Bougatsa ( other spellings: Bugatsa, Bugaza; Greek: Μπουγάτσα, Turkish: Pogaca ) is a Greek pastry made of puff pastry, which is especially common in northern Greece around Thessaloniki.

The Bougatsa can also be hearty cooked with cheese, minced meat or spinach filling both as a dessert with cream or with semolina pudding as.
