Boulder River (Washington)

The Boulder River in the Boulder River Wilderness

The Boulder River is a river in the U.S. state of Washington.

River

The Boulder River originates in the Cascade Range. It flows in a northwesterly and then northeasterly direction through the Boulder River Wilderness, to finally flow into the Stillaguamish River, which in turn in Port Susan, a part of the Puget Sound flows. The source of the river are the Craig Lakes, which are located on the slopes of the so-called Three Fingers. After leaving the lake, he falls over the Craig Lake Falls and flows into the Boulder River Wilderness.

From there, the river flows northwest and flows, as soon as he turns to the northeast, on the Boulder Falls. The river then flows through another waterfall, the Half Mile Falls, and finally in the Stillaguamish River.
