Bounos

Bounos ( altgr. Βουνός = hill; Latin Bunus ) was in Greek mythology, the son of Hermes and Alkidamaia. When Aeetes, the king of Corinth, left the city he handed over the government to Bounos. He founded the Way of Corinth up after Akrokorinth a sanctuary for Hera, who was named after him Bounaia.

After his death, the estates fell to Epopeus, king of Sicyon.
