Box Hill School

The Box Hill School is a traditional, elitist private school ( Public School ) in Surrey, England. The annual school fee was 2011/2012 for tuition, room and board about 41,000 euros (excl. of costs) and is thereby one of the most expensive private schools in England. Box Hill achieved international comparisons regularly a top place among the most elite schools.

History

The school has about 425 students aged 11-18 years. The school has a 60 % share of day students and 40 % are students from the boarding school and as part of an international network (Round Square), around 25 % of students from over 32 nations. The international environment of the school is aware of a part of the mission statement of the school in order to develop students for life beyond school. The school has the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme since September 2008 in the offer. Box Hill is located 35 minutes away from central London.

Admission

The Box Hill School is a very selective school and accepts students only fit on the correct curriculum. Before entering into the school year, several interviews and entrance tests are conducted.
