Boyle ( Irish: Mainistir na Búille, Latin: Buellium ) is an Irish town in the north of County Roscommon. It lies at the foot of the Curlew Mountains near Lough Key, Lough Arrow and Lough Gara at an altitude of 83 m.

Its population is 2522 (2006), of which 1599 in the city proper, and 923 in the surrounding areas. Boyle is connected to the rail and to the N4 road from Dublin to Sligo. The ruins of Boyle Abbey are also known. Three kilometers west of Boyle, the portal is tomb of Drumanone.
