The Braak in the Harz Mountains is a 645.5 m above sea level. NN high mountain in the unincorporated area of the county resin Osterode am Harz in Lower Saxony ( Germany ).
Geography
Location
The Braak mountain located in the southern Harz Harz National Park, about 2.4 kilometers north of Lonau. In the north it merges with the ridge on the field. The mountain lies on the watershed between the west and Little Big Steinau Lonau in the east.
In addition to summit
The Kargeskopf and the French head are southern foothills of the Braak mountain. In a broad sense refers to the continuing southwest ridge also as Braak Mountain, especially its south-western foothills of the west is of Lonau and there has a 512.1 m high, the same name side peak ( ⊙ 51.695210.3518 ).
