Brad Blanton

W. Brad Blanton ( born September 4, 1940) is an American author who ran twice for election to the House of Representatives of the United States.

Life

Brad Blanton graduated in 1966 graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and from then practiced 25 years as a psychotherapist. In 1990 he founded the Radical Honesty Enterprises, to promote more honesty in the world. In his first book Radical Honesty: How To Transform Your Life By Telling The Truth, which was translated into several languages ​​and became a bestseller, he advocates the concept of "radical honesty" (English: "radical honesty " ) a. In the congressional elections of 2004 Blanton came in the seventh district of Virginia as a non-party candidate against the Republicans Eric Cantor and defeated with 24 % of votes.
