Bralin, Greater Poland Voivodeship

Bralin ( German Bralin ) is a village and seat of the rural community in Poland. The place is located in the powiat Kępiński the Wielkopolska Region.

Geography

Bralin is located approximately 60 kilometers northeast of Wroclaw. Historically, the region is up to the district Weronikopole part of the historical region of Silesia.

History

Bralin belonged from 1818 to 1920 the Silesia region of the United Wartenberg on. The eastern part of the district was ceded to Bralin January 10, 1920 as a result of the Versailles Treaty by the German Reich to the re-established Poland. Since then Bralin is connected to the Province Posen, or Greater Poland.
