Brandon Oldenburg

Brandon Oldenburg ( * 1973/1974 in Fort Worth, Texas) is an American animator.

Life

Oldenburg attended until 1991, the Richland High School, where he already attended film courses. He then studied at the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota Illustration and in 1995 was co-founder of Reel FX Creative Studios in Dallas. The studio specialized in designs and special effects in film and television.

In 2009 Oldenburg Reel FX left and founded by William Joyce in Shreveport the animation film studio Moonbot Studios. Their first film together was The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore, which made ​​its debut in January 2011. The short animated film was 2012 won an Academy Award in the category of Best Animated Short Film.
