Bratislava II

The Okres Bratislava II is a district of Bratislava, capital of Slovakia, in the far west of the country with 110 729 inhabitants (2007 ) on an area of 92 km ² and includes the following formerly independent villages:

  • Ružinov ( Rosental )
  • Vrakuňa (Question village)
  • Podunajské Biskupice ( Bischdorf )

To the west and north of the district lying on the left bank borders the districts of Bratislava Bratislava I, Bratislava III and the right bank Bratislava and in the east and south by the Okres Senec.

In Okres is also the Slovnaft refinery.
