Brazil women's national volleyball team

The Brazilian national volleyball team of women is a selection of the best Brazilian players, the Confederação Brasileira de Voleibol ( CBV ) represented in international tournaments and international matches.

History

World cup

Brazil was the first time in 1956 while at the World Championships and occupied eleventh place. In 1960, she reached in their own country as the men's team to fifth place, two years later, the Brazilian women were eighth. In 1967 they were absent in the finals and in the next two tournaments they had their worst rankings with rank 13 and 15. After that, she did not return until the Top 10 and were subject in 1994, at the second World Cup in Brazil only in the finale the Cubans. Olympic games

World Cup
