The Bremer River is a river in the Australian state of South Australia. It rises on the eastern slopes of the Mount Lofty Ranges at an altitude of 431 meters and flows into Lake Alexandrina and thus into the Murray River. The main tributaries are the Mount Barker Creek through the town of Mount Barker and the Dawesley Creek, which rises near Brukunga.

The largest city in the catchment area of the river is Mount Barker. In addition, the small towns and Nairne KANMANTOO are located near the river. Right on the river you will find the places Harrogate, Callington and Long Horne Creek, where the river water is used to irrigate the vines.
