Brewer

Brewers and maltsters in Germany is a nationally recognized training occupation by the Vocational Training Act and the Crafts Code. He is dedicated to the craft of brewing.

The training usually lasts three years and takes place in a brewery. The vocational school is usually as a block instead of teaching in national professional classes.
