Breydin
Breydin is a municipality in the district of Barnim in Brandenburg.
Geography
The parish includes the hamlets Breydin Trampe and cloths - Klobbicke.
History
The community Breydin was taken on September 27, 1998 from the merger of the previously independent municipalities Trampe and cloths - Klobbicke. This in turn grew out of a merger of places cloths and Klobbicke on 19 May 1974.
As origin of the name Breydin is called by locals an old noble family. The three places have the same zip code. The name " Breydin " is outside the three villages largely unknown.

Municipal council
On 28 September 2008, the municipal council in the municipality Breydin was elected. The new municipal council is composed as follows:

Mayor
As Mayor Peter Schmidt (independent) was elected. He belongs to no group in the municipal council.
Attractions
The list of monuments in Breydin and the list of ground monuments in Breydin contain protected cultural monuments from the monument list the state of Brandenburg. Among them is the half-timbered church of the district cloths, also called wedding church. It is used for religious services except for public concerts.
