Brian Behrendt

Brian Behrendt (born 24 October 1991 in Bremervörde ) is a German footballer who is currently at SK Rapid Wien under contract.

Career

Behrendt began his career in his hometown when Bremervörder SC. After some time he moved to Vienna at SK Rapid and went through the rest of his youth there. Since January 2010, Behrendt belongs to the second team and plays in the Regionalliga Ost. In 2012, he also belonged to the senior squad for the Bundesliga team.

In January 2013, Behrendt joined on loan for SV Horn in the second highest league in Austria.

He plays mainly on the position of central defender but is occasionally also used as a defensive midfielder.
