Brian Gottfried

Brian Gottfried ( born February 27, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland ) is a former American professional tennis player.

He was especially in the double one of the best players in the late 1970s and early 1980s, but was also able to win 25 tournaments on the individual.

His greatest successes came on the side of Raúl Ramírez with the victory of three Grand Slam. Overall, he won 54 doubles tournaments and was 41 times more unsuccessful in a playoff. He came out to 95 finals.

He won on all surfaces (sand, carpet, hard court and grass) tournaments in a double and single.
