Brian Herbert

Brian Patrick Herbert ( born June 29, 1947) is an American science fiction author.

Life

He is the son of science fiction author Frank Herbert, who was known as the creator of the Dune universe.

Brian Herbert is married with Jan Herbert since 1967. He has one daughter, Kim.

Frank Herbert worked on the last, the seventh volume of the Dune cycle, when he died in 1986. Records of this novel and the history of the Dune universe have served as templates for a number of settled in prehistoric novels, has written in collaboration with Kevin J. Anderson, Frank Herbert's son Brian.
