Brian Hyland

Brian Hyland ( born November 12, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York City ) is an American pop singer.

Life

At age nine, Brian was the first time in the church choir with music in touch, he learned to play clarinet and guitar and founded twelve years already with a music group called The Delfis. With them he made a demo tape in 1959 and offered it to various New York record companies to. Thanks to his persistence, he succeeded to the record company Kapp Records, who already had stars like Jane Morgan, Eartha Kitt and pianist Roger Williams under contract to get a contract as a solo singer. The neglected first plate with the titles Rosemary and Library Love Affair followed in the summer of 1960, a worldwide success. By produced by Richard Wolfe Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini ( Words and Music by Paul Vance and Lee Pockriss ) stormed the 16 -year-old Brian Hyland the top of the American charts.
