Brian Tochi
Brian Keith Tochi whose real name is Brian Tochihara ( born May 2, 1959 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor, producer and director. Particularly well known is his role in Police Academy 3 (1986) and Police Academy 4 (1987).
He made in 1977 at the Cypress High School 's graduation. As he himself has Asian ancestry, he often played looking asian characters. So also in some Star Trek - episodes ( Star Trek: The Next Generation as Ensign Kenny Lin 1991) or as Prince Chulalongkorn in Anna and the King of Siam. As a voice actor he was mainly responsible for comic and manga series.
