Brick and Mortar

With Brick and Mortar (abbreviation B &M; engl. Brick and mortar) are referred to, particularly in American business, where the customer contact does not take place on the Internet, but in business and sales rooms. The term refers to these real business premises, but does not have to be built of brick and mortar necessarily. It is used as opposed to companies that are present exclusively on the Internet such as online stores.
