Brick & Lace

Brick & Lace is an R & B duo from Jamaica, consisting of sisters Nyanda and Nailah Thor Bourne.

Biography

The two sisters were born as daughters of a gospel singer and a singer. They grew up in Jamaica's capital, Kingston, studying in Miami. Their music consists mostly of modern R & B, but also dancehall reggae, hip hop and soul. First greater awareness they earned as the opening act at a concert by Roberta Flack. The group runs under the record label Kon Live Records of the musician Akon. In 2007, she took on her first album Love is Wicked, on the even Akon and Will.i.am are reflected from the Black Eyed Peas.

The single Love is Wicked is in France with more than 120.000 copies sold a hit, since the title is very often played by the popular station NRJ.
