Brigitte Ahrens

Brigitte Ahrens ( * September 13, 1945 in Chemnitz ) is a German pop singer.

Life

Brigitte Ahrens went 1961-1964 in pop chorus of the Karl- Marx-Stadt Club of Young Talents with the dance music familiar. In 1967, her musical path through cross- Heinz 's talent competition palpitations free. She made a successful test microphone in the broadcasting of the GDR in East Berlin. At the Central Studio for entertainment art she completed training in the subject voice, ballet, drama and elocution.

She became well known through numerous programs on DFF. It appeared several Amiga records that are still highly sought after today by collectors in Germany and the Benelux countries. Tours have taken Brigitte Ahrens to Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Benelux countries. A few years she worked at the district station Karl- Marx-Stadt and later its successor, the Saxons radio as a music editor. After a long pause, she volunteered with the recorded CD 2005 I go to the Fifty ... so what? back. Occasionally it occurs as a solo entertainer, with the duo on board Hardt from Chemnitz or a DJ.

The composed of Arndt Bause title Where is the blessed sun Brigitte Ahrens 1971 won 3rd place in the song contest of the GDR. A great success, the title was because the sun was setting for me, the Ralf Petersen wrote in 1974.
