Brigitte Kraus

Brigitte Kraus ( born August 12, 1956 in Bensberg ) is a former German track and field athlete and Olympian, who - starting for the Federal Republic of Germany - was successful and 3000 -meter run - in the 1970s and 1980s in the 800 -, 1500.

Her biggest success is the silver medal in the 3000 - meter race at the World Championships 1983 ( 8:35,11 min. ) For European Indoor Championships, she won three gold medals.
