Brigitte Kuhlmann

Brigitte Kuhlmann ( * 1947, † July 4, 1976 in Entebbe ) was a West German terrorist of the Revolutionary Cells. She was for a time pedagogy student in Hanover. Kuhlmann was killed in connection with the Operation Entebbe in Uganda in 1976.

Hijacking of Air France flight 139

Together with Wilfried Böse and two Palestinians from PFLP -EO Kuhlmann had on 27 June 1976, Air France Flight 139 hijacked by Tel Aviv in the stopover in Athens on the way to Paris and diverted to Entebbe.

With the release of the hostages by Israeli soldiers Kuhlmann was shot.
