Bring on the Night (Film)

Bring on the Night is a documentary from the year 1985 by Michael Apted, who accompanied the preparations of the British musician Sting before his solo career after the end of The Police in a castle near Paris and the first concerts in Paris. Some songs that were filmed during the preparations in the castle, also listen to the solo album of Sting The Dream of the Blue Turtles. Every musician who is very mitmachte jazz -influenced project, with him, interviewed in the film in each case an interview. The film was released in the theatrical version on VHS video and since 2005 has been available in a new version on DVD.

Bring on the Night is also the name of a live album from 1986 by Sting that live recordings of the tour of 1985 contains.
