Brissago

Brissago ( in the local dialect Brissag, German outdated Brisa ) is a municipality in the district of Locarno in the circle Isole, in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland.

Geography

The municipality is situated on the northern shore of Lake Maggiore southwest of Ascona on the border with Italy. Brissago Islands
