Bristol-Siddeley Orpheus

The Bristol - Siddeley Orpheus was a British jet engine, the Bristol Aero Engines ( subsidiary of the Bristol Aircraft Company ) was developed. The Einwellentriebwerk has a seven -stage compressor and a single-stage turbine, both in an axial version. The variant 701 generates a static thrust of 20.11 kN.

The engine came in both the Folland Gnat and the Fiat G.91 and the Fuji T-1 used and served as a basis for the Rolls- Royce Pegasus engine.
