British Rail Class 360
Vehicles of the British class 360 are four - and five -piece electric regional trains ( EMU - electric multiple unit ) from the model developed by Siemens Transportation Systems concept car Desiro.
Manufacturers and operators
Manufacturer is the company Siemens Transportation Systems, in their plant in Krefeld- Uerdingen held the production of all vehicles. The customer acceptance took place in Wegberg -Wildenrath. Operator is the British railway company FirstGroup, the class 360/1 for the end National Express Group and Class 360/2 inverted for Heathrow Connect.
Cars and tracks
The use of four -part four vehicles of class 360/2 done since 2003 on the line between London Heathrow Connect Heathrow and Paddington airport. Another train came in later than five parts.
