British Showjumping Association

The British Show Jumping Association, BSJA short, the British Association for jumping in the UK.

The BSJA was founded in 1923 by the then Earl of Lonsdale and recorded initially 197 members. It is one of 16 organizations of the British Equestrian Federation is. The BSJA is the tab for the UK in international competitions and establishes rules at local show jumping competitions, from which they organized 4200 year. In 2008, the association had 17 691 members with 18 962 registered horses and ponies. Current Chairman of the Board is Liz Edgar.
