Broadway Danny Rose

Broadway Danny Rose is a comedy of American filmmaker Woody Allen. The film was made in 1984 and is the twelfth film in which Woody Allen was active as a director. Allen plays here with Mia Farrow and Nick Apollo Forte in the title role of the artist's agent Danny Rose.

Action

The talent agent Danny Rose is very unsuccessful in his profession. He looks after a one-legged tap dancer, a balloon figure makers and other untalented artist. His special attention concerns the crooner Lou Canova, who suddenly passes through a wave of nostalgia to fame.

Danny gives it an appearance before a major producer. Lou refuses to kick the appearance, if not to be his secret lover Tina at the concert. Danny is on his way to find Tina and is thereby drawn into mafia circles, since it is held for the secret friend of Tina. Danny and Tina are recorded and escape the Mafia only just to be with Lou's appearance here.

After the concert reveals Lou Danny that he wants to change the management, as it keeps for Danny to no avail. Danny is outraged and runs away from the hall.

After some time it rings just on Thanksgiving at his door and Tina standing before him. She had left Lou and a helpful during the escape advertising star and wants to reconcile with Danny, whereupon he received after a short reflection.
