Brown ministry

The Cabinet Gordon Brown was on 27 June 2007 to May 2010, the Government of the United Kingdom.

This was followed by the Cabinet under Tony Blair Blair III, who was Prime Minister from 1997 to 2007.

It was replaced after the British general election on 6 May 2010 by the Cabinet Cameron.

On 3 October 2008 Brown took personnel reshuffles in the cabinet (see chart below).

The reign was marked by the financial crisis from 2007 ( the 2009 also had an impact worldwide on the real economy ). To counter these crises, many industrial countries increased their debt = their budget deficits.

Britain for many year high trade deficit in 2007 amounted to 183.86 billion U.S. dollars, 2008 173.59, 129.9 in 2009, 2010 155.83.

The net borrowing rose sharply: it was in 2007 2.69% 2008 4.93 % 2009 10.38% and 9.85% in 2010.
