Bruce Beresford
Bruce Beresford ( born August 16, 1940 in Sydney ) is an Australian film director, writer, producer and actor.
Bruce Beresford has worked both in Australia and the United States. In 1984 he was awarded for his work on the drama comeback of love, with Robert Duvall and Tess Harper in the lead roles, an Oscar nomination for Best Director. In 1989, Beresford at the tragicomedy Miss Daisy director who received a year later the Academy Award as Best Picture of the Year.
