Bruce Ratner

Bruce C. Ratner ( born January 23, 1945 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American building contractor and chairman of Forest City Ratner. He also owns part of the professional basketball team the Brooklyn Nets. Ratner studied at the Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude.

Ratner left the Nets after the NBA season 2011/12 to move to Brooklyn from Barclays Center. Is to be built by Frank Gehry, a planned multi-function arena.
