Brunecker Turm

The Brunecker tower (Italian: Mura del Pisciadù Occidentale ) is a rock tower ( 2495 m ) on the Sella massif, Italy. It is located north of Cima Pisciadù and is named after the town of Brunico.

The tower is separated by a shallow dip from Sella. About this tower of the Pisciadùhütte about Schrofen is not difficult descending accessible in north northeast. In addition to, as an independent goal less interesting normal ascent through the north side two climbing routes: the classical Zieglauer directly (V ) and the Via Ottovolante (VIII ) in 1997, climbed by F. Piardi, F. Tremolada and C. Zampieri.
