The Brunegggletscher is a glacier in the Valais Alps, in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. It is about 4.3 km long (2011), on average, 1.5 km wide and covers an area of 6.1 km ² (1975).

The origins of the Brunegggletscher on the Connection Ridge between the Bishorn the west and the Brunegghorn in the east. About the 3'549 m high Bisjoch there is a connection to the south with the Bis Glacier. The Brunegggletscher flows to the northwest and by the ridge of the Taurus mountain ( 3'507 m) separated from the parallel Turtmann glacier. In the northeast of Brunegggletscher is bordered by Barrhorn ( 3'610 m). The glacier is divided in its lower region on the rocks of Adlerflüe into two branches, one of which flows into the Turtmann glacier, but the other terminates in a tongue to about 2,500 m. The melt water is absorbed by Bruneggbach and Turtmänna, which flows through the Turtmanntal the Rhone.

In his High Stadium during the Little Ice Age in the mid- 19th century, the northern tongue of the Brunegggletschers with the Turtmann glacier flowed together. As one of the few glaciers in the Swiss Alps the Brunegggletscher exhibited between 1980 and 2000 to a total of a positive change in length. Since then, however, he withdraws rapidly.

On an outcrop north of Brunegggletschers stands at 2519 meters the Turtmannhütte of the Swiss Alpine Club. It is the starting point for climbs and glacier tours in the area.
