Bruno Andrade (racing driver)

Bruno Andrade ( born February 6, 1991, São Paulo) is a Brazilian racing driver. He took in 2011 in some races in the Indy Lights in part.

Career

Andrade began his motorsport career in 2004 in karting, where he was active until 2008. Among other things, he won the 2007 KF2 - São Paulo championship. 2009 saw Andrade into formula racing and won the championship of Formula São Paulo. In addition, he competed in the South American Formula 3 Championship and reached the third place in the light class. Andrade 2010 advocated Cesário Fórmula in the South American Formula 3 Championship. He chose five races for himself and was runner-up. Andrade was defeated by 359 to 363 barely Yann Cunha.

2011 increased Andrade middle of the season in the Indy Lights a. For Bryan Herta Autosport, he participated in five races. His teammate was Duarte Ferreira, who had been his teammate already in the South American Formula 3. With a fourth place as best result he finished the season in 17th place in the championship.
