Bruno Kirby

Bruno Kirby ( born April 28, 1949 in New York City; † August 14, 2006 in Los Angeles, born Bruno Giovanni Quidaciolu, Jr. ) was an American actor.

Biography

Bruno Kirby was born as the son of actor Bruce Kirby.

He began his film career in 1971 in the film drama The Young Graduates. The following year, followed by a role in the pilot broadcast of the series M * A * S * H, and two years later he gained a greater awareness in the role of young Peter Clemenza in The Godfather - Short Part II and 1978 as the lead in the cult film before the holidays.

His greatest successes came from the mid-80s in various comedies. He played in Tin Men and Good Morning, Vietnam. Both films were directed by Barry Levinson. This was followed by Harry and Sally, where he plays the best friend of the character Harry, and City Slickers - The city of heroes, both on the side of Billy Crystal.
