Bruno Martini ( born July 3, 1970 in Salon-de -Provence, France ) is a former French handball goalkeeper.

Martini played initially with the French club OM Vitrolles, with whom he won the 1993 French Cup and the European Cup Winners' Cup. After the goalkeeper with Vitrolles 1994, the championship won, he moved about Istres Ouest Provence handball. After only one season Martini returned to Vitrolles, with whom he was again champion in 1996. After the 1.97 m tall Frenchman in the 1996/97 season was active in Spain, he stood in the following season, the French club Toulouse Sporting 31 between the posts. After the Cup win in 1998, he moved back to Spain.

Martini was in the 1999/2000 season at the Bundesliga HC Wuppertal active. He then played for three years at the French club Montpellier HB, with whom he was every season champion and cup winner. In addition, he won with Montpellier 2003, the EHF Champions League. Before Martini in 2007 ended his career, he guarded the gate of Paris HB and USAM Nîmes.

When the THW Kiel had to lament the loss due to injury by Andreas Palicka in March 2009, Martini was reactivated until the season end by THW. The THW 2009 he won the championship and the DHB Cup.

Martini played 202 caps for the French national team. With France, he won the 1995 and the 2001 World Cup. In the 1997 and 2003 World Cup, he finished in third place, respectively. In addition, Martini took in 1996 and 2000 at the Olympic Games in part.

He runs with his wife Sonia, the marketing firm " MP Sport", which manages inter alia on the French Handball League and some French handball clubs. He is currently working as a club manager in the French first division side Paris HB.
