Bryan Hughes

Bryan Hughes ( born June 19, 1976 in Liverpool) is an English footballer. Since the 2007/ 08 season, the midfielder is under contract at Grimsby Town who is currently active in the English Conference National.

Playing career

Bryan Hughes began his career as a professional football player in 1994 at Wrexham FC. He was the first to draw attention to himself, and changed after three years to Birmingham City. For the Blues, he met in 247 games 34 times and rose with the club in 2001 /02 in the Premier League.

After seven years at City, it attracted Hughes to the capital to Charlton Athletic. There it took him three years before 2007, he moved to league rivals Hull City, with whom he in his playing career, rising to become top performers for the second time in the top English league.
